Preventing Child Abduction

Infant & Child Protection

Amped implements cutting-edge technology to help prevent infant & child abductions, helping ensure the safety and security of our most vulnerable citizens. Our easy-to-use hardware and software allow nurses and caregivers to spend more time focusing on what matters most and less time managing a security system.

Cuddles Infant Protection System

Accutech

Accutech Cuddles Infant Protection system incorporates a bracelet transmitter secured about the child’s ankle that allows staff to monitor the location of the child within the facility and the unit. The bracelet transmits an alarm when there is an attempted removal of the child from the unit, tampering with or removal of the bracelet, and low battery. The bracelet is soft so as not to irritate the child’s skin. Should an abductor attempt to exit through a protected doorway with a child, the door can be locked. An alarm does not sound unless and until the door is breached, giving you the option to lock down the entire unit.

Multiple security levels ensure reliability and system integrity.
Intuitive, user-friendly interface provides at-a-glance status of all infants within the system.
Door controllers respond to each bracelet, locking doors or sounding an alarm upon unauthorized exit.
Handheld Identification-Tag Activator/Deactivator
provides additional mobile monitoring functionality.
Integrates with an existing video surveillance system.
Amped is your local source for support and maintenance.
Reduces false alarms.
Weighing only 0.3 ounces, the latex-free, adjustable band and tag monitors baby’s location round-the-clock, providing exit detection, continual supervision, and tamper detection. Currently, it is the only infant protection tag that monitors the environment for sources of interference and alerts the system. The bracelet integrates easily with your facility’s existing wifi network.
